Distributors and stores needed a platform to manage the full order cycle - from catalog to delivery. The process was fragmented and required many manual operations.
Multiple user roles (warehouse managers, sales teams, store owners), different devices (desktop for office, mobile for stores), complex business logic (pricing, logistics, partner programs) - all needed to work as one system.
As Design Owner I managed all design decisions across 10+ modules and designed user flows for complex business processes across web and mobile.
Key solution: a unified order creation flow that simplified the process from product selection to confirmation - accounting for wholesale volumes, special pricing and delivery conditions.
Built a scalable design system that ensured consistency across all touchpoints and accelerated development of new features.
Worked closely with front-end and back-end developers, business analyst and project manager. Conducted competitor benchmarking, gathered feedback from test users, and iterated based on results. Defended design decisions in team meetings and controlled implementation quality.
